Wicked Dub Division (ITA)

There is no escaping this combination of sounds and rhythms and your feet will surely catch a life and mind of their own.

Wicked Dub Division is a project by old music heads of the Italian roots reggae and dub scene, who have been appearing as a trio under the same name for over a decade. In 2014, they turned their story upside down and brought on the amazing vocalist Michela Grena, former vocalist of the band B. R. Stylers and lately a big and prolific part of Zion Train.

WDD’s music is best described as a timeless musical experiment of mixing hot and hypnotic sounds with deep and beyond-deep bass, snare drums and other sound effects. There is no escaping this combination of sounds and rhythms and your feet will surely catch a life and mind of their own.

They released their self-produced debut album Dub Drops in 2015 and followed it up with a music video and the hit single How Many Women. In 2016, they released their second album Red, and their third record, Deepest, is about to hit the shelves any time now.
