Aleš Bedrač aka DJ Splinta is known on the Slovenian scene as the turntable sensei – the transitions in his mixes are flawless and his scratches super precise. Aside from being a regular at all Maribor hip-hop parties, he’s excellent in a mentorship role as well. As Gramofonoteka’s resident DJ, he shares his vast knowledge with other Maribor hip-hop heads trying to master the craft of turntabling in regular workshops. He’s also the man behind the Scratch Clinic that brings together the best Slovenian scratch artists, and has recently released his first vinyl The Splinta Experience.
